The group has lots of theatre visits in the programme including amateur dramatic and professional theatre productions.  Some of the more recent amateur dramatic plays have been "Blue Remembered Hills" by Dennis Potter at Stockport Garrick Theatre, "Pardon Me Prime Minister" by Edward Taylor and John Graham at Heald Green Theatre Club , and "Habeas Corpus" by Alan Bennett at Chads Theatre, Mellor Road, Cheadle Hulme.

A favourite venue for the group is The Royal Exchange in Manchester where we have recently been to see "She stoops to conquer" by Oliver Goldsmith and "Mirandolina"  by Carlo Goldoni.

The archive of previous programmes will show that there are plenty of theatre visits for every taste!  It is nice to go with a crowd and enjoy the company over a drink at the interval and after the play.
